Cooper Lodge Asks for Your Help.
Winter is just a few months away.
As you change from summer to winter in your clothes closets, please do not toss those outgrown or outdated coats. Someone really needs them. One of the brothers from Cooper Lodge will help get them to North Greenville Food Crisis Center to be distributed to those in need. We need your Help to keep the Kids in our area warm this year. All sizes are need.
We will pick them up, wash them and deliver to the Crisis Center. Call Dennis or Glena (864-836-6359) or Gary (864-561-79370)
Thank you for helping with this much needed cause.

(Received from TR Police Cheif Lance Crowe) We would ask you to join with us in congratulating Officer Alva Williams, who this past Saturday (7/10/10) was once again recognized for his hard work, professionalism, and dedication to our community. Alva was selected as a recipient of this year’s “Outstanding Law Officer’s Award” presented in Rock Hill by the Forty and Eight General’s Club. The club was formed in 1973 and its original purpose was to honor and dignify the profession of law enforcement.
In 2009 NGFCM gave backpacks and school supplies to more than 200 students in our community. Due to the economy this year the need is even greater. Thanks to a very generous community, many students will arrive in their classrooms with the necessary supplies to start the year properly.
